Quality

Not only are we compliant to, but also develop & implement ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100 quality management systems. Other quality services include Source Inspection and Non-Destructive Testing. 

 

We control quality through performance metrics based on customer requirements.  Metric variables are measured and monitored using a control plan that specifies the process-critical tolerances that need to be checked, and the inspection frequency. These specifications are based on key product characteristics developed with the input of the customer, as well as key process characteristics identified within the manufacturing processes.

 

 Six Sigma quality is the core of our business model.  We believe quality products and services meet or exceed the needs of the customer and/or application every time.  Quality is not “icing on the cake”, but is inherent to processes, material and the labor force.  Consequently, every employee of our company be committed to quality.
